Kepa Kulon
merupakan organisasi non formal yang terbentuk tanpa adanya struktur kepengurusan, Kepa Kulon merupakan payung yang menaungi dari perorangan maupun kelompok-kelompok non formal yang sudah ada di wilayah Rw.04 dan sekitarnya. Setiap Individu ataupun kelompok memiliki kedudukan dan hak yang sama, tidak ada perbedaan, jadi dalam Kepa Kulon yang ada hanya Koordinator dalam setiap divisinya.
Bentuk Struktur
Kepengurusan Kepa Kulon mengikuti Semut, dan kemanfaatan Kepa Kulon mengikuti Lebah. SEMUT •
Bila ingin makan berusaha keras, secara sendiri ataupun berkelompok. Bila beban makanan yang semut bawa terasa berat, sekelompok semut berkumpul untuk sama-sama saling membantu memikulnya. •
Kecerdasan Semut
Semut menyimpan biji di tempat tinggalnya, semut membelah nya agar tidak tumbuh. Apabila biji tersebut basah dan dikhawatirkan rusak , semut mengeluarkannya dan menjemur nya di bawah terik matahari lalu mengembalikannya lagi ke dalam rumah. • Kehematan Semut Semut merupakan binatang yang sangat hemat, jika semut memakan tiga biji dalam setahun, karena semut tahu bahwa dalam satu tahun berikut dia tidak akan dapat makan, maka pada tahun ini semut hanya akan memakan satu setengah biji.

Barangsiapa mempelajari Al-Qur’an, maka mulia nilainya. Barangsiapa berbicara tentang fiqh, maka akan berkembang kemampuannya. Barangsiapa menulis hadits, maka akan kuat hujjahnya. Barangsiapa mengkaji bahasa, maka akan lembut tabiatnya. Barangsiapa Mengkaji ilmu hitung, maka akan sehat pikiran nya. Barangsiapa tidak menjaga jiwanya, maka ilmunya tidak akan berguna baginya.
